Job Definition: Job Description: Recruit and hire seasonal or temporary agricultural laborers. May transport, house, and provide meals for workers. Duties and Tasks: 1) Recruit and hire agricultural workers. 2) Supervise the work of contracted employees. 3) Furnish tools for employee use. 4) Direct and transport workers to appropriate work sites. 5) Provide check-cashing services
